Shipping and Dispatch


Its Bambury's intention to Dispatch all available goods within 2 business days of the Official Email Confirmation being sent.

There are some occasions this is not possible and delays can occur due to:

  • Unavailability of stock.
  • Unavailable stock is only a day away from arriving, the order may be delayed so that the products are dispatched together.
  • Large back log of orders.
  • A later delivery date may have been specifically requested.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from Bambury confirming the dispatch.  This will include details of how to track your shipment.

If you have any urgent requirements or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.


Bambury's main transport partner is AirRoad, and Your Consignment note will start with a BAM prefix.  You can use this con-note number to track your shipment.

Below is an APPROXIMATION of when your goods may arrive, depending on the day of the week your order has been dispatched.  Bambury uses the ROAD EXPRESS service.

PLEASE NOTE:  These delivery times are given by AirRoad, and may be subject to change.  Delivery to areas outside of capital cities can take 2-3 days longer and possibly more for remote areas.
