Shipping & Delivery
All orders are attempted to be Dispached within 48 hours of receipt of order.  All goods are shipped from our Western Australian warehouse. Our main carrier is AirRoad.  These orders can be tracked at You will note on your shipment confirmation and Invoice, a con-note number starting with BAM. You can track your order with this number.  For more detailed information please go to here.
We can also dispatch goods via Australia Post or to your nominated carrier. Please contact Customer Service if you need discuss your freight options further.

Privacy & Security
Any and all information collected at this web site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We analyse our website logs to improve the value of the website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site. We have an email list to keep clients informed about the developments at Bambury. Individuals must request to join our mailing lists by registering through our website or contacting us by phone or mail. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. This list is maintained in a secure area protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Returns & Replacements
Bambury will always use its best efforts to send goods that are fit for purpose and in good condtion.  If you believe that the goods do  not meet these conditions than you must contact our office with 7 days of delivery.  We will then use our Discretion as to whether a Discount is offered for the goods.  Or whether the goods are disposed off and a Adjustment note issued or if the goods are to be returned to Bambury for replacement.
If the goods are to be Returned to Bambury, then an Adjustment Note will be issued upon receipt and Inspection of the goods.  Any Replacements sent will be Invoiced from us as per your Normal pricing or agreements.  A more detailed Explanation can be found in Our Terms and Conditions.

Once and order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation form Webstore outlining the Items and Quantities you have ordered.  In the next business day, you will receive an official email notification outlining prices, stock availabilty and expected ship dates.
Goods that are shown as OUT OF STOCK, can still be ordered and will be placed on Back order in our system.  In this way you can forward order for new ranges that may have not yet arrived or for items that have temporarily sold out and are waiting for the next shipment to arrive.  If an item has sold out and will no longer be supplied, it will be removed from the Website.

Payment & Pricing
Pricing of Orders will be advised on our Official Sales Confirmation.  If there are any queries on this please contact our office immediately.  An Invoice will be issued for each shipment.  Payment of these should be made as per your agreed Payment Terms with Bambury.

Viewing Orders
At this point in time you are only able to view orders placed through webstore.  If you have faxed or emailed an order to us, this cannot be viewed unless we have entered it on your behalf.  In future development on the webstore we will be endeavouring to show all orders you have placed with us.

Updating Account Information
We request that any account information you require updating is sent to the Bambury Office for updating.  We understand that every customer has unique delivery and shipment requirements so to be sure that any changes are accurate we will update them for you.
